This male enhancement system is in reality, a naturally derived supplement, not a whole "system". It made itself known online by dominating the natural male enhancement market, featured on nearly every sexual supplementation store on the Internet. Their signature is a proprietary blend they'll only call their "Orgasmic Thrust Activation Process".

Ingredients: MagnaRX contains pygeum africanum bark, maca, horny goat weed, oat straw, oyster, catauba, oriental ginseng, L-arginine, stinging nettle, cayenne, muira puama, orchic substance, smilax officinalis, astragalus, licorice, pumpkin seed, terra alba, dicalcium phospahte, talc and cellulose.

Does it Work?: Not likely. None of its users we surveyed ranked it highly. Anecdotal evidence from MagnaRX customers also shows it does not have a significant effect on the male enhancement goals they were hoping to achieve. It may improve performance in some areas but is not effective enough for us to recommend it.

Is it Safe?: Not for everyone, especially if you have a heart problem. MagnaRX is known to affect the heart's rhythm in some users, putting you at risk for a heart arrhythmia. It may also affect your blood pressure, heart beat, or cause significant chest pain. Other possible side effects include digestive problems—pygeum africanum can cause nausea, constipation, bloating or diarrhea—severe mood swings, blurry vision, dizziness, migraines and excessive gas.

Because of an increased risk for additional side effects, people with heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes or a mood disorder should not take it.

Grade: F. There is no evidence that MagnaRX lives up to the hype. It's definitely not the male enhancement product it claims to be and it's definitely not safe for everyday use.
